Just like in the real world, collaboration in Lifesize Cloud happens in meeting rooms. Only here, they’re virtual meeting rooms.
A prepopulated meeting room will be automatically accessible just by signing in to your Lifesize Cloud account. You can edit the name of the room and control its accessibility, which will then be stored in your virtual directory. Users can add more rooms at any time, and searching is easy — just type in the name at the top of your screen.
