Enhancements:

Added a Waiting Room to the Participant Panel in the Android mobile application
- Added the ability for the moderator to turn the Waiting Room feature on and off
  - The moderator can turn the Waiting Room On or Off from within each call. This new toggle is located in the Moderator Controls list.
  - Anyone other than the meeting owner or moderator who calls into the meeting while the feature is On is directed to the Waiting Room.
  - Anyone who calls into the meeting while the feature is Off directly joins the meeting.
  - If the moderator turns the Waiting Room off after people have been placed in the Waiting Room, the moderator is prompted that all people currently waiting will join the meeting.
    - If the moderator chooses Confirm, all those waiting are placed in the meeting and the Waiting Room is removed.
    - If the moderator chooses Cancel, the moderator is returned to the Moderator Controls, and the Waiting Room remains active.
- Added a Waiting Room list that shows the people waiting to be allowed into the meeting
  - Only visible to the moderator and meeting owner, the list provides the ability to Deny people access or Allow people into the meeting.
  - When a person is denied, a rejected page displays to that person and that person is removed from the Waiting Room list.
  - When a person is allowed, the person is accepted into the meeting and is moved from the Waiting Room list to the Participants list.
  - When the Waiting Room is active but empty, the moderator and owner see the message, “The waiting room is empty.”
  - If there is a long list of people waiting, the Search filter can be used to find specific persons who are part of the Waiting Room list.
- When people enter the Waiting Room while the meeting is in session the moderator and meeting owner are immediately notified
  - This notification is only visible to the moderator and meeting owner.
  - When the moderator or owner selects the notification, the Waiting Room list on the Participants Panel displays and the moderator or owner can allow the person into the meeting or deny the request.
  - The notification fades after a short time.
With the addition of the Waiting Room feature, the Lock Meeting feature has been removed

Enhancements:

Updates have been made to expand the chat service while improving message security, including:
Enabling chat for one-time and passcode protected meetings
Automatically adding meeting participants to the meeting’s chat when they join the call
Hiding chats and notifications for out-of-call participants who aren’t the VMR owner
Limiting chat history for participants to the meetings in which they attended and hiding any chats that occurred in the VMR prior to their joining
Providing out-of-call read-only chat transcripts to meeting owners

Known Issues:

Mobile users should update to this latest version to ensure a seamless experience across meeting participants
Previous chat history, prior to this service update, is hidden from view but can be exported if necessary by submitting a support request
Notifications for chat have been temporarily disabled on the mobile app, and will be reinstated with a future release
Counts for point-to-point messages for out-of-call web chat may be incorrect following this initial update and will be resolved in an upcoming release
