Connect Plus Gateway

Connect Plus Gateway is a Lifesize Cloud service that supports Microsoft Teams®, Google Meet®, and Zoom® meetings using Synergy SKY. Connect Plus Gateway provides a bridge between Lifesize calendar service and Synergy SKY.

How it works: When your Fusion’s mailbox receives a meeting invite Lifesize calendar service sends that information to Synergy SKY. Synergy SKY then responds with the dedicated SIP URI for that event. The calendar service provides that information to your Fusion and the Fusion uses it to dial out to join the meeting.

Note: A calendar integration is required for Connect Plus Gateway to function properly. When Connect Plus Gateway is enabled in a cloud account you must also setup a calendar integration using one of the following: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange On-Premise (2013/2016/2019), or Google Workspace.
