Calling

Make a call from the Meet screen

1. Tap Meet in the left menu.
2. Tap the search bar and type a name, phone number, or meeting ID.
3. When the contact, room system, or meeting appears in the search results, tap to call.

You can also make a call by tapping the desired contact, room system, or meeting listed under Active Meetings, Favorites, or Recent Calls on the Meet screen.

Make a call from the Directory

1. Tap Directory in the left menu.
2. Tap the search bar and type the name, phone number, or meeting ID you want to find.
3. When the contact, room system, or meeting appears in the search results, tap to call.

You can also browse the directory to find a contact, room system, or meeting.

1. Tap Favorites, All, Contacts, Meetings, or Room Systems to filter the directory entries.
2. Scroll to find the desired recipient of your call.
3. Tap to call.

Answer an incoming call

1. Tap the toggle button to set your camera to ON or OFF.
2. Tap Answer to answer the incoming call.

You can also choose not to answer the incoming call by tapping Ignore.
