Join from Calendar

NOTE: Your Lifesize account administrator can subscribe your room system to a calendar in the Admin Console.

From the Meet screen or the Calendar page, you can join an upcoming meeting or a meeting that is already in progress.

1. When a meeting on the calendar connected to your room system is about to start or already in progress, a Join button will appear automatically at the right of the calendar event.
2. Tap the Join button to call into the meeting.
