Lifesize cloud-based service status is available at status.lifesizecloud.com. The system reports scheduled maintenance and system outages.

You can subscribe to updates for the following components:

Management ConsoleThe web service that provides access to the admin console for users and admins.
Call Management ServiceProvides device registration, chat and call management services.
Multiway Call ServiceProvides group calling capabilities.
PSTN Call ServiceReports incoming PSTN call status.

Status includes:

  • Operational: all servers are up.
  • Partial outage or degraded performance: some servers are down, but the service is still operational.
  • Major outage: all servers are down.
