Need help signing in?

Your company’s Lifesize admin will send you an invitation to join your company’s Lifesize group. Follow the instructions in the invitation and download any apps. Be sure to verify your email address to activate your account. If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam folder.

If you sign up on the Lifesize website, you will not be connected to your company’s group or directory. If you have signed up but cannot see the rest of your company in the directory, contact your admin.

If you have signed up but can’t sign in, you may have downloaded the app or connected your Lifesize room system without registering for the Lifesize cloud-based service. Ask your Lifesize admin to send you another invitation.

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot password and we will send you an email to reset your password.
