Diagnostics and maintenance
- Open a browser and navigate to the IP address of your Icon. NOTE: This can be found on your Phone HD by tapping Start > System.
- Scroll down to the Diagnostics and Maintenance section and set the following:
Generate | Generates a diagnostic report from your system that can assist support personnel in identifying the cause of a problem with your system. |
Download Diagnostics Report | Downloads the generated diagnostics report |
Start Packet Capture | Captures and downloads the network communications log (.pcap file). The packet capture will run for up to 3 minutes to capture sufficient information, then download the file. |
System Reboot | Causes the system to reboot. |
Reset System to Factory Settings | This action removes your current settings, including your entries in Favorites. The system automatically reboots and the admin password is reset to the default value (admin). NOTE: You can also reset the system by pressing the red reset button on the back of the Lifesize system for 10 to 15 seconds. |
