Diagnostics and maintenance
- Open a browser and navigate to the IP address of your Icon. NOTE: This can be found on your Phone HD by tapping Start > System.
- Scroll down to the Diagnostics and Maintenance section and set the following:
|Generate & Download Diagnostics Report||Support personnel might request that you capture a diagnostic report from your system to identify the cause of a problem with your system.|
|Download Diagnostics Report||Downloads the previously generated diagnostics report|
|Start Packet Capture||Captures and downloads the network communications log (.pcap file). The packet capture will run for up to 3 minutes to capture sufficient information, then download the file.|
|System Reboot||Causes the system to reboot.|
|Reset System to Factory Settings||This action removes your current settings, including your entries in Favorites.|
The system automatically reboots and the admin password is reset to the default value (admin).
NOTE: You can also reset the system by pressing the red reset button on the back of the Lifesize system for 10 to 15 seconds.
