Join By ID

From your Phone HD, you can join a Microsoft Teams®, Google Meet™, or Zoom® meeting using the meeting ID found in the meeting invitation.

Note: This feature is only available to users of Connect Plus Gateway.

1. From the Phone HD home screen, tap the right pointing arrow. The Start screen displays.
2. Tap Join by ID. The Meeting Provider screen displays.
3. Tap the provider option you want to use for the meeting: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. The keypad displays.
4. Use the keypad to enter the meeting ID found in your invitation.
5. Tap the CALL button.
6. Tap Yes or No to answer “Does the meeting have a passcode?”
7. If you tap Yes, use the keypad to enter the passcode and then tap the CALL button. The icon attempts to connect to the meeting using the passcode provided.
8. If you tap No, the Icon attempts to connect to the meeting without a passcode.
